The Interdisciplinary Life Sciences (ILS) Graduate Programs hosts an annual conference and retreat at the start of every academic year. Current students and faculty in the Cell and Molecular Biology (CMB), Biochemistry (BCH), and Microbiology (MIC) are invited to attend.
The retreat features a mix of social activities and formal presentations by current faculty and is a wonderful way to learn about research being conducted within the programs. In particular, the retreat is an opportunity for new graduate students to meet peers and potential mentors.
